Production + Shipping

For all online orders, We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made the tables below to help you out.

97% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Shipping Speeds

 We recommend that you create an account upon checkout and "opt-in" to e-mail, Facebook, and SMS notifications so we can keep you updated on your order status. 

Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and facebook message (if applicable) with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

Other Important Information

Although we wish we could be, we are definitely not psychic.  It is 100% your responsibility to include the correct shipping address for your order(s).  We ship to the shipping address you provide us, so please take a moment to ensure accuracy of both your billing and shipping addresses (and differentiate between the two).  We do not accept responsibility for orders that shipped to the wrong address, or for shipments that are deemed "undeliverable" by the USPS, based on an error you made.  If this is the case, we will also not refund your order if your item is received after your event date, regardless of the date you placed your order.  

Note: For any products labeled "PRE-ORDER":  Pre-orders are usually event-specific orders that are limited edition items with adefined order start dateand order deadline that is noted specifically by collection or product.Pre-orders are printed and shipped on defined dates or are arranged for pickup at locations near the event.  It's important that you carefully read any special information included in these items' descriptions.
