Standard T-shirts: Run true to size.
Tank Tops / Bro Tanks: Run true to size.
3/4 Raglan / Baseball Tees: Some colors run true to size. Others run large. Please see the product description for details.

Crop Tops: Run very small. We recommend sizing at least one size up.
*** It's extremely important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. The size chart is available so you can choose your correct size. Please review the sizing information very carefully before ordering.
Follow the wash instructions on the shirts label. As a general rule of thumb with most clothing, wash cold / turn inside out to protect the print, and tumble dry low. Some shirts are not made from pre-shrunk material and some shrinking may occur. As always hang drying shirts will effectively reduce any additional shrinking that can occur from drying and help preserve the shirts print.

For most online orders, We take about 2-7 business days to create our products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
We highly recommend that you create an account upon checkout and "opt-in" to e-mail, Facebook, and SMS notifications so we can keep you updated on your order status. Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and facebook message (if applicable) with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard ground shipping takes 3 - 7 business days for delivery on domestic orders. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military base APO/FPO and internationally will take additional time. Transit time varies by location, so please refer to your tracking number when you receive it.
Special Items: Some items / accessories on our site take longer to produce, and will ship separately. If this is the case, we specifically add notes to these item's product descriptions with this information. Please read all product descriptions carefully.
* For high demand and pre-sale items as well as after sales, processing and shipping can take longer to process due to longer production times. Because of this we cannot guarantee delivery times at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Although we wish we could be, we are definitely not psychic. It is 100% your responsibility to include the correct shipping address for your order(s). We ship to the shipping address YOU provide us, so please take a moment to ensure accuracy of both your billing and shipping addresses (and differentiate between the two). We do not accept responsibility for orders that shipped to the wrong address, or for shipments that are deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier, based on an error YOU made. If this is the case, we will re-ship your items free of charge but will not refund your order if your item is received after your event date, regardless of the date you placed your order. If you have any questions about your order, send us an email orders@wisconsinred.com and we can check the status for you.
Event Apparel / Order Deadlines
If you’re ordering an item and wish to have it delivered by a specific date or for an event, please pay close attention to order deadlines via the countdown timers on the product page. If there is not a countdown timer, please place your order at least 2-weeks prior to your event date. If your order is placed after this time, it is not guaranteed for delivery by your event date - period. No exceptions.
If the order deadline for event or date-specific apparel has passed, you can place a group order of 12 or more items of the same design until 10 days prior.
There are very few events or group orders that we offer a local purchase or pickup. If we do, we provide a pickup location, dates, and times listed by collection or product - usually on the event's facebook page. Please review this information carefully.
In most cases, these items are first-come, first-served and are cannot be reserved, unless we specifically offer a "Pre-Order" (pre-payment) option with "Local Pickup" listed as a shipping option. "Local Pickup" is a no-charge option, but if selected, you accept 100% responsibility for picking up the items at the specified location, date, and time. We will not modify these times to accommodate your schedule. This is a non-refundable option unless we make a mistake or cannot find an agreeable replacement for your item.
Shipping an item after an event is rare, but if we can make it happen, will incur additional charges billed via PayPal.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We highly recommend that you create an account upon checkout and "opt-in" to e-mail, Facebook, and SMS notifications so we can keep you updated on your order status.
Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and facebook message (if applicable) with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If you have not received a shipping notification e-mail or facebook message, your product has not yet shipped.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible to work with the carrier if there are any delivery issues. As always, let us know how we can assist. A status of "unfulfilled" means the order is not ready to ship. No need to worry, it just means your order is still processing! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped.

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
If your order has not started processing, we will do our best to accommodate all update requests including size changes, address changes or order cancellations. Once your order has gone into a processing queue with our distribution center, we cannot make any changes.
Please check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake with your address, please contact us ASAP.
No, orders are submitted and picked in different intervals so we are not able to combine orders.
We offer low, flat rate shipping costs and free shipping for orders over $60. Use promo code FREESHIP60 for all orders over $60. Orders are shipped via standard ground service and are delivered by the post office.
We ship orders to addresses within the US, Canada, Mexico and APO / FPO military addresses. When shipping to an APO please make sure to include the complete APO address and select USA as the country.For international orders, shipping costs and delivery time vary by location. Each order will comes with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery to your door.
It is important to note that as the recipient of record, import charges may be imposed upon you and you are responsible for paying these. All duties and taxes are calculated and charged by your local customs office and will vary from country to country. Packages will be returned to us if unclaimed and we will not be able to refund shipping in those cases.
We recommend reaching out to your local customs officials for additional information. If you have not received your order, please reach us by email at orders@wisconsinred.com.
Please note: We are unable to list items as gifts to avoid customs charges.
If you receive a notification that say your order has shipped and the USPS sites says your “Label Created, not yet in system,” try again in a few hours. Sometimes USPS can take up to 24 hours to receive the package and update the status. No need to worry, your order is on its way!
When orders ship UPS there is a delay in transfer from UPS to USPS. This delay is due to transit times to your local post office or USPS sort center. Please allow 24 hours for UPS to update their system and 48 hours for USPS to update before checking the status. Please note: areas of severe weather will cause a delay in delivery.
If it’s been more than 3 business days and your tracking status has not changed please reach out to orders@wisconsinred.com so we can look into your order.
International: All international orders must process through customs. It is common for this process to take at least 24-48 hours, but may take longer during busy seasons.
Domestic
If your parcel is being returned to sender for any reason, our customer support team will reach out to you to confirm a new address once the item arrives back at our warehouse. If we are able to make contact, we will re-ship your item(s), but cannot be responsible for delays in shipment or delivery dates. Again, it is extremely important that you review your order details for accuracy when placing an order.
International
If your order is being returned to us for to any reason such as:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Not called for
- Denied Due to Customs Charges
- Incomplete / Insufficient Address
Once the item(s) arrives back at our warehouse you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the shipping cost. You will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Wisconsin Red. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Please note: When an order is sent back to our warehouse, the carrier will send the item back via the slowest and cheapest shipping method to incur the least amount of cost. This typically results are longer return transit times and may affect your refund period.
Incorrect Address
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. If the item is undeliverable, once its returned to us we can process a replacement order (US only).
We're sorry to hear you have not yet received your order, but rest assured we will make sure that this gets resolved for you. We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide. Once the package has left our warehouse, Wisconsin Red cannot be held directly accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.
If your package shows a "delivered" tracking status, but has not yet arrived, we suggest you first wait 24 hours for the package to show. In some cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
In either case, please contact the carrier or your local post office with your tracking information. For all international orders we ask that you check with your local postal office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees.
If they are unable to assist, and its been 24 hours please email us at orders@wisconsinred.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can e-mail us at orders@wisconsinred.com with your request to return or exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase if the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.
EXCHANGES: If you wish to exchange for a different size or different item, you can do so hassle-free. We recommend placing your new order online immediately so we can begin processing your new order, especially if you’re ordering for a specific event / date - to ensure you get the new items in time (requires at least 2-weeks prior to event).
RETURNS: If you simply wish to return your item(s) for refund, please contact orders@wisconsinred.com with your name, order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

We're human and sometimes we accidentally grab the wrong size or color when your order is packaged.
Here's what we need to process a replacement: Please review the item description on your packing slip to verify that the item we shipped is the one you received. If you received the wrong item, size, or color, please take a photo of your item, your item's size label, and packing slip.
Send us an e-mail at orders@wisconsinred.com with your name, order number, and these photos and we’ll process a re-shipment immediately. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry, we’ll make sure you are taken care of. If your item is missing or damaged, please take a photo of your item (and it’s damage), your item's size label, and packing slip.
Send us an e-mail at orders@wisconsinred.com with your name, order number, and these photos and we’ll process a re-shipment immediately. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.
Sorry, we are no longer accepting your bags of change. But we will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Wisconsin Red Gift Cards. We also accept debit cards as long as they are associated with a reputable bank or credit company. We cannot split payments between credit cards (yet). Please note that all orders are subject to review.
We do offer Wisconsin Red gift cards. These cards are sent by way of email. Please make sure your email address is correct on the order.
