Megan was Wisconsin Red’s Model of the Year, in recognition of her tenacious promotion of the calendar and for successfully raising both awareness and financial aid for the MACC Fund – Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc.
Megan modeled in support and honor of her friend Kimberly Graham. Kim, a 2013 graduate of UW-La Crosse, courageously battled a rare form of childhood cancer – Ewing’s Sarcoma – for 6 years. Kim passed away on March 17, 2014 at the age of 24, but her memory will live on forever. Her involvement in the many charities she supported reminds each of us to do our part in any small way possible. Thanks to Megan, her story has been made known to many and her spirit will live on forever.
Megan is an extremely passionate and beautiful person – in every way possible – and we are beyond grateful for her and her efforts.
